‘Hope in a Jar’ by Flaming June is her first debut album, and also she self-produced some songs on the album. Some songs and production works were all written and produced by her. The British artist during the song writing process, did took her time to make sure every word makes sense. Her writing skills and the composition of the songs alone, tells you she is ready to take over.
The songs talk of many things, some which include how recently people are broken-hearted. Like track one “The Ballad of Daniel Dawson” which talks about a story about a young man called ‘Daniel Dawson’. Hope in a Jar album is an inspirational album which lift up the soul, for it is like advising song.
Hope in a Jar album has already begun winning awards already, recently won an NMG Award for best acoustic/folk act in the East Anglia region run by Cambridge 105 FM Radio station.

Flaming June who’s real name is Louise Eatock, is considered as one of the emerging acoustic/folk artists with a unique vision and taste in music. The release of her first album ‘Nerves of Steel’ was a huge success which further inspired her as an artist to share her music with the world, she releases music that every person on earth can relate to. Growing up, her main inspiration for music was to sing to make people happy. Songs such as ‘Nerves of Steel’ and ‘I Know What It’s Like’ were her stepping stone to pursue this music genre and direction.
