Taking Excerpts From ‘Three Portraits’ On His ‘RiverRun’ Album, Jeff Writes About ‘Caroline’.
Berkeley, United States is Jeff Symonds’s place of residence. Jeff plays the guitar, keys, and bass which makes him a multi-instrumentalist. He has been playing the instruments for over 30 years now. Not only that but Jeff Symonds has also been featured on several recordings of artists and has shared the stage with them too. From appearing on national televisions, Jeff has played over 500 shows across the United States and Europe.
After the release of his ‘riverrun’ debut album, Jeff returns to music with his new single expected to be available for streaming on the 27th of January 2022. This new song of his comes off with the name of a woman and leaves his audience in suspense and wonder. He titles the song, “Caroline”. Could that be the name of Jeff’s lover.? Well, let’s throw more light on that. Aside from the release of this new single, Jeff together with a band is set to headline a show at the Hopmonk Tavern in Novato, CA. The yet-to-be-released single called ‘Caroline’ is a song written by Jeff to make you think back to a friend you had in the past and how time and experience have made you feel with a current one, from how Jeff has described the song. ‘Caroline’ is also a love song Jeff sets hearts on being the main character in the song rather than being who he is. The song also is an extract of “Three Portraits”, an epic track on his ‘riverrun’ album.
As produced by Keith Carroll, recorded and mixed by Gawain Matthews, and mastered by Michael Romanowski, Jeff Symonds played almost every note on the song except the lead guitar played by James DePrato and backed vocally by Megan Slankard and Rich Price.
Run up the numbers for Jeff’s previously released projects whiles we anticipate Caroline’s release on the 27th of January this year.
