Real One, the latest fusion of Gre3nlatin, a.k.a. Jorge Baeza’s Latin ancestry and passion of Hip Hop, was released on June 3.
Real One, a song produced by Tree Fiddy, has its roots in Jorge’s days in Auckland, when he would come home from late nights out with his pals and record beats and melodies. The hook was created by one of them by the name of Lasalle, and Jorge never forgot it.
“We used to make music together, but as years went by, he kind of stopped making music but that song was always playing in the back
of my mind,” he says.” So when I moved over to Perth, I wanted to do it justice for my friend’s song and I finished it in his honor”
Jorge has a strong affinity for Latin and fusion music, R&B, hip hop, reggae, and reggaetón because of his childhood and heritage. His latest song, Real One, an appealing slow-burn that muses on the circumstance when someone you have affection for falls for another who is obviously not acting morally, embodies all these flavours.
Jorge moved to Perth two years ago to concentrate on his music after being born in Santiago, Chile, and reared in Auckland, New Zealand. Later that year, he released an EP called Better Late Than Never and a single called When The Lights Go Out.
The Song was accompanied by a music video, which got great picture quality. The video already has 1K+. “Real One” is definitely a must listen to track.
